I decided to start working with a personal trainer when trying to diet and exercise on my own wasn't getting me the results I wanted. I was looking to make a lifestyle change and not just repeat the cycle of losing and then regaining weight and on and off exercising. In person personal training seemed very expensive and I am comfortable exercising on my own at home.
That's when I found Fit Bird Fitness on Facebook. I signed on for the 3 months of fitness and nutrition package, a very affordable and comprehensive package. It has turned out to be the perfect solution for me. In 2 months, I have lost over 8 pounds, half of my weight loss goal, and now feel mentally and physically stronger as well as slimmer and more toned. My skin feels better due to all of the water I have been drinking, as well.
After seeing my progress, my husband signed up and has also seen similar results. I am so excited and thankful to have the opportunity to work with Dani to get the lasting and realistic results I have been trying to achieve for years. I like and appreciate the progress photo sheets Dani sends out each month. My husband and I have a binder that we put print outs of the workouts and progress sheets in along with recipes and such.
The weekly online check ins keep me motivated and give me a chance to ask any questions I have while getting feedback. The online portal includes all of my progress and weekly workouts, complete with instructional videos for each exercise. By sharing my nutrition app information, I am able to get customized diet and nutrition advice.
Fit Bird Fitness is flexible in changing check in appointments and adapting the workouts to my likes and dislikes and is always available to address any concerns. Dani takes a holistic approach by considering sleep, stress, personal goals and motivations and other factors into the overall training.
Within the first week of doing my daily exercise I started to feel much better about my self.
Dani has helped a lot with this. She check ups regularly to see if I'm sticking to my goal or if I'm finding it to hard or too easy and accordingly has prepared a calorie goal.
This has helped me a lot because it's made me realize how much those little calories add up.
Also, she contacts me regularly about my progress, tracking my work out routine and my calorie intake while advising what type of nutrients would best suit my goal.
I would definitely recommend Fit Bird fitness as Dani helps you, not by providing a generic workout for everyone, but she provides a more personal work out routine to cater for your goal.

I was doing meal plans through another trainer previously, and it would be days before he would reply. Not with Dani! She always gets back to me quickly if I have a question or concern! She has worked closely with me with every adjustment, as well as being a truly caring person.
