How Do I Set Goals For Myself?

Reaching goals needn't be unreachable.




Set that big goal!


Just remember to be realistic.


Next, set smaller behavior-based goals.



We know you cannot make change happen on day one of setting your goal!



YOU CANNOT CONTROL THIS.



What you CAN CONTROL, however, is the smaller bite-sized c̶h̶i̶c̶k̶e̶n̶ habit nuggets.




If you practice a small habit, something easy and give yourself NO EXCUSES not to do it,


you will reach that big goal in no time as all the imaginary points you accumulate each time you make a little victory every day!





Then, once you start to see change, AND YOU WILL, this belief that you can do anything you set your mind to will solidify in your mind even more.



Because you CAN do it!



A great motivator is STAY ACCOUNTABLE!
